Previously attended the Intro to Kinessage® and both Basic courses. The more you've practiced and studied the previous
information, the more you'll appreciate the nuances revealed here and, again the more fun you'll have.
Come Equipped - Class Requirements:
1. Your manuals from the previous courses (you'll want them for reference).
2. Exercise Ball - gotta have it
3. Table - definitely if you're driving. Those flying still exempt.
4. Linens, beach-size towel and lotion
