Registration in any Kinessage® Massage Through Movement Course indicates your agreement
with the following terms.

Payment/Refunds.  
You may register by paying either the full tuition or a $100 non-refundable deposit.  
If you choose to pay the deposit, the remaining tuition is due on or before the morning of day one of the
course.   Refunds for non-attendance are determined on a case-by-case basis, minus $100 non-refundable
deposit.

Confirmation.
Confirmation will be sent by email or fax within three days of receipt.  If an email or fax confirmation cannot
be sent, a phone message is left.  

Cancellation Notification. Knead for Balance, Inc. will not be held responsible for non-functioning phone
lines or cancelled email addresses to make proper contact with registered parties for course change or
cancellation notifications.  Any individual who does not notify Knead for Balance, Inc. of phone number or
email changes is solely responsible for their own finances if any changes in schedule, cancellations or
interruptions in a scheduled course occurs.

Disclaimer:
All courses are based on a 10 participant minimum. If minimum is not met, courses are subject to
change or cancellation with 14 day prior notification. In the event a course is cancelled due to
insufficient attendance, your deposit will be credited to a future class of your choice.  Please note:  By
registering early,  you can help to make sure the course you want to attend happens!

Airline Travel.  Knead for Balance, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course, and therefore
recommends that you don't purchase airline tickets until you've checked to be sure the course
is confirmed.  Confirmation will be final 2 weeks before the scheduled course date.  Knead for
Balance, Inc. will not be responsible for airline ticket penalties, interruptions of travel, hotel
expenses, or lost or damaged properties
.

Optimum Learning Environment.  In order to facilitate an optimum learning environment and
respect the value of everyone's time and investment, consideration is expected in regard to all
of the following:
  • Students come equipped as listed for each course
  • Arrival on time (both morning and after lunch)
  • Cell phones and pagers are off
  • Students arrive familiar with applicable anatomy for the course
  • Constructive feedback is given by the receiver
  • Conversation is focused on the subject matter
  • Any personal issue is privately brought to the instructors attention
  • No solicitation, list gathering, product sales or promotions of outside interests are
    allowed.    Return
